The 3rd session of the Haryana History Congress was held in collaboration of the School of Humanities, Starex University, Gurugram, (Haryana) on October 20-21, 2018.

The Chief Guest of the session was Prof. Ashok Diwakar, Vice Chancellor of Starex University, and the Guest of Honour was Sh. S. L. Vasishta, Registrar of Starex University, Gurugram. The General President of the session was Prof. Vasant Shivram Shinde, Vice Chancellor, Deccan College, Post-Graduate and Research Institute, Deemed University, Pune. The Ancient Sectional President was Prof. Seema Bawa, Department of History, University of Delhi, Delhi; the Medieval Sectional President was Prof. R. P. Bahuguna, Department of History and Culture, Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi; and the Modern Sectional President was Prof. Amarjit Singh, Chairman, Department of History, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.

The valedictory session was delivered by Dr. Surajbhan Bhardwaj, Principal, Motilal Nehru College, University of Delhi, Delhi. This session received more than 70 papers, of which 46 papers were presented here.
